Gus was very knowledgeable and his quotes were extremely fair compared to some outrageous quotes I received from larger sized corporate termite companies. Most importantly, the two guys that came out to my house were very nice and honest. They didn't try to sell me services, and one of them even found an area with termites I wasnt aware of. They did a thorough inspection and I am very pleased. I will refer others to 24 hour termite. more

There were rats in my house and I called 24 Hour Termite and Pest Control. They took care of the problem, the rodents are gone. They were very professional. I would definitely call them again if I needed them. more

Was giving my prior pest control company my credit card a mistake? Yes! The idiots, who will remain nameless, kept charging me after I cancelled their lame service. 24 hour termite takes credit card, but guess what, they don't require it to do a job! Right off the bat, for termites, that's a plus for me. The secretary was very polite and asked me, ""what time was best for me?"" Finally, a place that actually cares about their customer. They said they'd be here at 2pm and guess what, they were. Sounding familiar, seeing the pattern here? It's not rocket science, or maybe it is? But I think there are a few simple rules to follow: treat your customers with some respect and don't rip us off. 24 hour termite follows these rules, so they get my business. more

I contacted Gus to do a termite inspection for the purchase of my new home. Gus and his team did a fantastic job of identifying my problem areas and quickly eliminating the termites for an incredibly reasonable price. I've not had a problem since. After my dog was bitten by a spider, I contacted Gus to spray for pests. I did a lot of research, spoke with 3 other companies, and Gus' price was, by far, the best. Gus and I made arrangements to meet after I finished work (which none of the other companies would do). When he arrived, he realized how huge of a job he had ahead. (My yard is quite large and I wanted the entire thing sprayed, in addition to the perimeter of my house.) Instead of trying to up-sell me on a more expensive package, Gus talked me out of it. We discussed all the different chemicals and how to treat my issues in an inexpensive, yet effective, manner. I didn't need the VIP package, which is what other companies were trying to sell me. I very much appreciated that Gus made a concerted effort to only do what was necessary and not shoot for the highest priced item. I won't be calling anyone else in the future. more

24 Hour Termite and Pest Control are incredible. Gus always calls and wants to make sure everything comes out alright. He checks on everything to make sure it's okay. I've been in the service industry for 38 years, and I've even been an exterminator in the past, and I'll be honest, I hope they never change. They have awesome, responsive service. If they're going to be 10 minutes late, they'll call you 10 minutes beforehand and let you know. Not many places will do that, in my experience. Give Gus all the work you can because he never fails, and he'll personally inspect the job being done to make sure people are doing exactly what they're supposed to be doing. It's hard to find exterminators here in Venice. I've had 7 termite and pest companies come by, and 24 Hour completely sets the bar and wipes the slate clean. Angel Maldonado more

Didn't think there was still companies like this. 24 hour termite is family owned and operated. The guy I dealt with was Gus and he answered all my questions, even the weird ones about termites and my antique furniture. more
