24 Hour Termite and Pest Control are incredible. Gus always calls and wants to make sure everything comes out alright. He checks on everything to make sure it's okay. I've been in the service industry for 38 years, and I've even been an exterminator in the past, and I'll be honest, I hope they never change.
They have awesome, responsive service. If they're going to be 10 minutes late, they'll call you 10 minutes beforehand and let you know. Not many places will do that, in my experience.
Give Gus all the work you can because he never fails, and he'll personally inspect the job being done to make sure people are doing exactly what they're supposed to be doing. It's hard to find exterminators here in Venice. I've had 7 termite and pest companies come by, and 24 Hour completely sets the bar and wipes the slate clean.
