24 Hour Termite and Pest Control went around our six unit condo building spraying for ants. They also sprayed inside each unit. It was our first time using them, and they were very thorough. They were very professional and explained clearly what they were doing as they went through each unit. A day later I had to call them when I found tracks of ants in my unit. They came back and sprayed within the time I called.
They gave us a month time frame, which I think is a very gratuitous, where they would come back at no charge to spray further if it was needed. I called them again when ants were found in another unit. I would definitely suggest you call them. They gave us the treatment for all six units for $165 dollars, which is what I was expecting it to cost per unit. They came back when I called free of charge and were very responsive.
