We had a pest issue in the middle of the night, and unlike other companies we tried calling, 24 Hour Termite and Pest Control answered their phone right away. It was really nice to have them respond so quickly. A serviceman arrived the next day at the time specified. Before his arrival, I was cleaning out my house for the fumigation, and when he arrived, he even helped me move some of the things out of my home. It was above and beyond what I expected. He was very efficient and thorough during the procedure. He also explained the process to me, which I appreciated. Of course it is an unpleasant experience to have any type of pest in your home, but this guy was so nice; he made the experience not as bad. Since we had the service done, we have not had any more issues with pests. I would definitely recommend them. You are in good hands with them.
