Review content:
Good: Close to bus line and hospital and grocery stores.. Bad: The owner is corrupt--just cares about money. Will let you without heat or A/C for days until he decides to turn it on. He's aware of criminal activity on property (prostitution, stealing, drug dealing) and does nothing. If you complain he will turn against you. In addition, some of the neighbors are obnoxious: slamming doors and fighting at 2 in the morning; roaming around drunk harassing neighbors asking for money. The manager is rude and abusive and gets angry if you complain about anything.... Improvements: New manager; someone that is respectful and will not rent to criminals and drug dealers. Someone that doesn't get angry when neighbors call her to complain about legitimate stuff.
It needs a new owner: someone that cares about the residents and not just about money.. Other: Avoid this place, unless you like to be screamed at, disrespected, harassed and ridiculed and you enjoy living among drug dealers, prostitutes and corrupt abusive management..
