Good: The sales person was helpful in finding a car in my budget and new exactly what kind of car fit my personality.. Bad: The person who handled the contracts was beyond rude. I was scanning the contacts (scanning because who knows what I was looking at.) I came across something called "Gap Insurance". I asked if I could get info on it, what it means, etc. The guy leaned back and says (and I quote) "Listen, if you're going to question the contract like we're lying you might want to go somewhere else for a car." I was shocked. That was my first and last question about the contract. I should have walked out, but no, not me.. Improvements: The day after my purchase I took it to get serviced. The brakes were bad and I was worried. They told me it was a Ford car, the brakes were supposed to squeek. GET BETTER CARS AND BETETR STAFF.. Other: Please don't buy a car from Sun State Ford. You aren't a consumer to them, you're an ATM..
