Review content:
Slager came out to repair my dryer (which was purchased from them). They couldn't fix it on two visits, and then said they wanted to take it to the shop. We had another company come out and look at and he immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was incredulous that it had been looked at by someone else and they didn't immediately fix the problem.
The only thing positive I can say is that they say they will be sending a refund. But you have to trust repair people, not shop around and then get refunds!
EDIT: They never sent a refund, and now claim that none is due me. I am terribly dissatisfied and contacting the BBB.
