Tonight was one of the worst nights for Taco Bell on First Street (also known as Hwy 59 in this specific location)
I thought I would quickly run through the drive thru grab my family a bite to eat and be on our way home since we had groceries in the trunk.
When we pulled in there was only 2 cars ahead of us, I don't know what they ordered but it took them forever, then when I pulled up to order they said they would take my order and in the middle of the order, they told me to hold on.
To make it worse, they were out of steak which isn't unusual for the Taco Bell but you would think that they would order enough knowing that they are always running out. That makes me so frustrated.
After sitting for a good 15-20 minutes in line we finally pull up to the window to get our food and they hand us the whole wrong order, so once again we had to wait. You'd think that they could get their act together but no.
If I can avoid going to this Taco Bell I will. I have never had that great of service with them and this one just tops it off.
