My husband and I decided to try restaurant again! The restaurant and lounge looks amazing but the food is another story. I ordered the red snapper, instead I received dry, flavorless fish and what appeared to look like fishsticks tasted like aged croquettas that one would buy from a grocery store. Again we aren't the most critical foodies, but it's obvious from what is good and bad, and this meal was awful. My husband and I were extremely dissapointed what started as a romantic dinner filled with high expecations ended as an insult to our palette and our pockets. Karu-y is the worst restaurant on my list no wonder Zagat gave them the worst rating in Miami. I much rather eat at Pollo Tropical than at this place. If you want to party I strongly recommend the club. But I will be boycotting the restaurant until they replace the chef.
Pros: beautiful decor and drink menu
Cons: bad food, bad crowd
