My family was approched by several city tours and we finally decided to do business with Hollywoodland. As we went up to the stand to pay and make a reservation the young salesman was talking to a personal friend VERY LOUDLY about a prior customer and using the F word to discuss his sexuality. After my children heard this word at least three times, I had my husband and children walk away. I was shocked. and in Hollywood, no less! The young man making these slurs had a unique haircut and actually very GROSS teeth, so he was hardly one to judge anyone. I took a wonderful tour a block away
