WORSE THAN THE WORST is how I felt about this tour company today after I saw what they did to a family of 3. Apparently they didn't take the family to the places they promised and refused to refund their money. That family was being so disappointed but the manager (""boss"") didn't even apologize. He yelled at them instead! I wish I could take a picture of his face to show you guys. Not too mention their dirty buses and creepy back alley office. As an America, it is really sad to see people like this treating foreign tourists so rudely in Hollywood. Shame on all of us. more

What an amazing time... 12/4/2011

OK so Hollywood is a crazy place but we manage to find something to do that was so much fun. Went on these start homes tours and up to the Hollywood sign. It turns out to be WAY more than just the stars homes we went up to the Hollywood sign, through Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills and Bel Air and it was so great!!! The tour guide was fun, the trip wasn't too long and the open van was a treat! My wife & I are definitely coming back to L.A. next year and bringing the rest of our family and we are going again with the same company. They staff was very nice and catered to us & help us out with directions by taking time out & they didn't have to do that! Wonderful tour wouldn't risk trying with anyone else. I am sold on this one. more

Hollywoodland Tours took us around Hollywood and Beverly Hills and it was a great time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accurate. I did some research of my own before the tour so I knew he was not lying about the different star homes. I would definitely recommend this one to my friends . more

We had a great time. When we go back to hollywood we will definatly take hollywoodlands tour again. and recomend anyone we know that goes to L.A. Our tour guid was very Funny and knew everything about L.A. What every we wanted he Knew or found out for us. Very helpful. If you go with anyone else you are crazy. They are the best. My family and I have taken a few Hollywood tours over the years. Hollywoodland was the best. Very entertaining tour guids. and friendly helpful staff. If you are to take a tour in Hollywood/Beverly hills make sure you go with Hollywoodland. Pros: good times more

We had a great time. When we go back to hollywood we will definatly take hollywoodlands tour again. and recomend anyone we know that goes to L.A. TERRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS 11/4/2008

My family was approched by several city tours and we finally decided to do business with Hollywoodland. As we went up to the stand to pay and make a reservation the young salesman was talking to a personal friend VERY LOUDLY about a prior customer and using the F word to discuss his sexuality. After my children heard this word at least three times, I had my husband and children walk away. I was shocked. and in Hollywood, no less! The young man making these slurs had a unique haircut and actually very GROSS teeth, so he was hardly one to judge anyone. I took a wonderful tour a block away Cons: terrible people more
