The admissions team was amazing and calmed my fears of coming here. I was desperate in my depression but also terrified with anxiety. They were calm, sincere, and continued to reassure me that they have seen amazing growth from people with similar situations to my own. I absolutely love my treatment team. Everyone was so different and brought different insight into my problems. It was exactly what I needed without actually knowing that I needed that. My primary is an amazing therapist as well as a group leader. She has a very calming presence and has really helped me to reconnect with myself and my emotions without judging them. My secondary has given me ideas on how to love myself and to experience life again. And my other secondary has been encouraging as well as empowering to overcome emotional abuse. My spiritual counselor has an ability to reach inside and love your soul and make you want to love your soul as well. And my other team therapist always has such encouraging words and advice. All of it was helpful to me. There were classes that I was unsure of but I always got way more out of them than I could have imagined. Thank you so so much. This is a great program and has changed my life.
