A MONTH ago, I dropped my car off and was told that they were "backed up, so it would be a while" before they could look at my car. I left my phone number and all of my contact info, signed forms and handed over the keys. I even helped push it into their storage lot..
I had not heard anything and so 4 days ago started calling. Every day for three days I called with no return calls until this morning. The guy says, "you never came down to sign the repair order, so we never did anything to it. I am backed up and cannot get to it. You need to come down and get it, I will not charge you for storage."
NUMBER 1: I WAS NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT A REPAIR ORDER OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE WENT DOWN AND DONE SO!!!
NUMBER 2: YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO WORK ON A CAR THAT I WILL PAY TO GET FIXED??? MY MONEY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH?!?
NUMBER THREE: YOU "will not charge" ME FOR STORAGE? LIKE THAT IS DOING ME A FAVOR?! I HAVE NOT HAD A CAR FOR OVER A MONTH THINKING IT WAS GOING TO BE FIXED, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE NEVER DROPPED IT OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, I paid a tow truck $75 to bring the car back to my house and they told the tow truck driver that they LOST MY KEYS to the car!?!?
This has been the most horrible automotive service I have ever dealt with in my entire life!
