Review content:
Dial ONE Schilling Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning did a good job, and the guy knows what he's doing, but he charged us so much for just a half hour job. We're senior citizens and are unable to fix it ourselves. He quoted me a price just to replace the cartridge, not even the whole valve, just the cartridge and it cost $350. He had to go to a hardware store to get the cartridge, and I don't think he spent more than $5 on it. After he came back, he had the part and in a half hour he was done. The installation price was kind of ridiculous for how little time it took. When we asked for a senior discount, he said that it was already included in the charge. I would not recommend them to my friends. I would not recommend them to anybody. I'm sure they know what they're doing, but they just charged us so much for half an hour of work. I would give them a 5 out of 5 for professionalism, but a 1 out of 5 for price.
