Keith came and removed an old kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. I had already bought the stuff to install. The removal went fine other than some very stubborn adhesive on the old sink. The old sink was cast iron and the countertop was cut to fit it, so when I measured the old sink, I didn't take into account the lock-down equipment on the new stainless steel sink. Keith trimmed the countertop to make the new one fit, cleaned up the mess created by the trimming, put the new stuff in, and everything seemed to be working well. After Keith left, I put a load of dishes in the dishwasher. When I came back in the kitchen later, there was water all over the floor. I cleaned up as much of the mess as I could and called Ben Franklin Plumbing. They said they would have Keith come right back out. Keith was at my house 15 minutes later. He found that a clamp had broken under the sink and a hose had fallen off, causing the leak. Keith replaced the clamp, cleaned up the mess under the sink, and we drained the dishwasher and everything worked well. This is my second experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. I find them to be somewhat on the pricey side, but as they say, you get what you pay for. With Ben Franklin and people like Keith, what you get is professionalism, punctuality, and good and expert customer service. I don't mind a bit paying extra for qualities like that, and I would HIGHLY recommend Ben Franklin along with good people like Keith.
