I?ve been a frequent customer for a number of years now even when the competition came to town. Everyone tried to get me to shop at the competition because of the great customer service they were receiving. I have to say I would have bought more from Home Depot if the customer service was great instead of alright however the bottom line is price& quality. My family income is over 100,000 a year and I spend about 25% at Home Depot and that is before the home improvement project that we are doing. So far I?ve spend 30% for mostly damaged goods and I?m not ¼ into the real home improvement of things. Just from the poor service, no call back for special orders and costly price of damage material I am thinking of seriously switching to the competition for the same service but great customer service just because I can (principal). I project of spending over 50% at Home Depot to improve my home if I take my business to the competition, whom will that benefit? Home Depot really need to p
