I called after 3 PM on Friday afternoon and was initially impressed when my call was answered by a human on the 2nd ring. Within second of my describing my garage door issue, Tom stated the possible problem and gave a time that a repairman would be here. In less than 2 hours Mike was here. He quickly identified the problem, clearly explained my options and began repairs. Mike is an outstanding, skilled professional who is also pleasant. In addition to repairing my door, both men seemed to care. It was a pleasure to pay for this service. Thank You!
