I was a client here 5 years. Everything was fine until my 2 year old cat got sick and every visit was a litany of expensive tests. After about 6 months of this (and over $2000 later) with no medication seemingly to work for my cat, they told me the only option was to put her to sleep. As a last resort, I went to a different clinic for a 2nd opinion. After simply describing the symptoms to this new vet, my cat got the RIGHT medication and the cost there doesn't even come close to what I was charged at Alex Bell. If I hadn't gone elsewhere, I wouldn't have know how crazy expensive this place is, as well as how much I was being bilked with all the unnecessary tests. What a ripoff ! Don't bother to question the items on the bill or they'll talk down to you.
