I had been in an accident where someone damaged the side of my car. My insurance company suggested different companies that repair collisions, and Jerry Rhynes Collisions was one of them. I had never been there or heard of them, but they were located in the area where I live, so I decided to give them a try.
They were very accommodating and considerate. They met me at the rental car business, so I could leave my car with them. Then, when I came to pick up my car after the service, they said I could just bring my rental car to them, and they would make sure it was returned to the rental company. That really meant a lot to me.
It took about two weeks for them to repair my car, as they had specified. They informed me that there would be a slight delay in their work because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but they completed everything within the time period that they quoted to me. They even gave me a card with a link that I could access online in order to check on the progress of my car periodically.
They also took care of everything with my insurance company. All I had to do was sign off on their work when I came to pick up my car and was satisfied with the work. They made it very easy for me.
I was very happy with what they did for my car. I had had an experience with another collision repair company a year or two ago, and I was really unsatisfied with the way things went. With Jerry Rhynes Collision, however, once I saw my car, I was truly delighted with the results. I would absolutely recommend them.
