I love the service at Jerry Rhynes Collision. I've always been very satisfied when I used them and appreciate how they always complete the jobs in a timely manner. My husband and I have been using them for the last five years and we're completely satisfied. Jerry is professional, personable, and overall very accommodating. We're pretty happy with the prices. The last time that I went to them, my car had been backed into and they had done a wonderful job repairing my front passenger door. I'd highly recommend them. more

I have been going to Jerry with my vehicles for about 7 years now. Each time is always a very professional, prompt and very good experience. He takes care of everything. I would give them a ten out of ten! 3/5/2014

I would absolutely recommend Jerry Rhynes Collision! I cannot say enough about them! I used them for the first time, and it was the first time I needed to use a collision center in a very long time. I was very satisfied with the time it took and the friendliness of the establishment. I would give all of that a five out five! It was the best experience I ever had with a collision repair center! Using them was very calming. I went in and sat down with Mr. Rhynes. There was a level of reassurance that everything was going to be okay, that he would take care of our vehicle. For the work, I would give them a five out of five with several pluses! They did incredible work! My car is a 2010 Honda Odyssey, and it looks brand new. They repaired the front, right side, and everything is just as smooth as can be! We dropped the car off on Tuesday, and it was ready the following Tuesday. That turnaround time was more than we could have asked for! Their company also set us up with a rental car company, so we immediately had a car. They also detailed the car before I picked it up, so they had washed it and waxed it and all of that. The other thing I really liked is they put the cars behind locked gates, and they also had two guard dogs there at night. I will recommend them to everybody here in Charlotte, and I'll even recommend them to people in the suburbs around Charlotte. They're worth the drive! I could not have chosen a better person or establishment! Using them was really a blessing from the Lord. It was a phenomenal experience! more

Very pleased 2/25/2014

Jerry Rhynes Collision repaired a bumper when the car ran over a cinder block and bumped it off. I was about to replace it until a friend recommended i go by Jerry's and have him take a look at it. In a few hours of labor, he fixed it, saving me from having to pay for a new bumper and its installation. I was pleased with the price, the promptness in getting it done, in everything. Jerry strikes me as someone from the old days, a kinda person I would do business with. I am very pleased. more

Top notch service 1/15/2014

Jerry is wonderful. I've had my Toyota Sienna in there recently to get my front left fender repaired. It was banged up pretty bad and the headlights were busted. Jerry fixed it right up. He's very dependable, timely, and has fantastic workmanship. He's also very good at answering all of my questions. I've been using him for several years. He takes care of everything within the time I ask him to. One time I had to drop off my car and told him I was going to make a trip for the weekend and he very promptly had my car fixed by Friday. Anything he tells you he'll do, he does. Another time I had trouble finding a replacement taillight for my Cadillac and he easily obtained one for me. He's a great guy to work with and I strongly recommend him. more

Professional and on time 1/14/2014

I had a problem with my car and had to drive it out of town soon so I dropped it off at Jerry's shop. He ended up fixing it very quickly and got it back to me right on time. I have already recommended his service to a few of my friends and I was very pleased with him. more

Everything is excellent 1/10/2014

Jerry Rhynes Collision is just amazing. They're awesome at followup, are overall excellent at communication, and do a fantastic job at communicating with insurance companies to ensure that I have a stress-free experience with sorting out auto collisions. They really advocate for us and have done a perfect job at repairing my cars over the past 10 years. Jerry fixes all of my cars, along with my parents' cars and recently my daughter's since she just started driving. He always goes above and beyond to help us out. The auto shop that I previously used did not have loan us rental cars like Jerry's does. He's very honest and informative about what the process which I really appreciate. I'd recommend him right away. more

Accommodating and convenient. Would absolutely recommend their service. 12/11/2013

I had been in an accident where someone damaged the side of my car. My insurance company suggested different companies that repair collisions, and Jerry Rhynes Collisions was one of them. I had never been there or heard of them, but they were located in the area where I live, so I decided to give them a try. They were very accommodating and considerate. They met me at the rental car business, so I could leave my car with them. Then, when I came to pick up my car after the service, they said I could just bring my rental car to them, and they would make sure it was returned to the rental company. That really meant a lot to me. It took about two weeks for them to repair my car, as they had specified. They informed me that there would be a slight delay in their work because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but they completed everything within the time period that they quoted to me. They even gave me a card with a link that I could access online in order to check on the progress of my car periodically. They also took care of everything with my insurance company. All I had to do was sign off on their work when I came to pick up my car and was satisfied with the work. They made it very easy for me. I was very happy with what they did for my car. I had had an experience with another collision repair company a year or two ago, and I was really unsatisfied with the way things went. With Jerry Rhynes Collision, however, once I saw my car, I was truly delighted with the results. I would absolutely recommend them. more

I highly, highly recommend Jerry Rhynes. 11/20/2013

I drive a older vehicle. When I went to the insurance company, they sent me to what they call their recommended repair place. That shop was wanting to put on all new parts and really charge myself and my insurance company a lot of extra money. I just didn't think it was necessary. I went to Jerry at Jerry Rhynes Collision and asked him if we could possibly get some used parts and stuff to put on the truck rather than going with all this new stuff. My vehicle is 18 years old. He said he could most definitely do that. Within a matter of two days he called and said he had all the parts available and that I could bring it in and they would get working on it. The other company was wanting to keep my vehicle and put me in a rental truck. I may have still been in that rental vehicle if I had gone with them. Besides saving myself some money, I saved my insurance company a whole lot of money, although they never called to say thank you. My sister-in-law and a good friend had used Jerry Rhynes and when I was mumbling and complaining about my experience with the first company, they told me to go to Jerry. They had been well satisfied and so was I. It was a great experience. They don't have the big, flashy signs or the best location, but they make up for it in their service and their work. more

Great service and quality workmanship. 11/19/2013

I started doing business with Jerry Rhynes Collision in about 2000, so about thirteen years ago. I started going there with my personal vehicle. It was torn up pretty good and came out of his shop looking like new again. I also have a business and he has probably serviced fifteen vehicles of mine with equipment and trailers and things. The customer service has been good. They have been very courteous. If they gave me a day and time when a vehicle was going to be ready, it was there. If I needed a rental vehicle, it was there waiting for me as well. I get greeted when I come in the door. Over the years I've gotten to know Jerry through doing business with him. I will keep on doing business with him. I have referred family and friends to him. Give them a try just one time and take it from there. That's what I did. I'm 52, so I've been going to repair shops for a long time. But I haven't gone anywhere else since I walked into their shop thirteen years ago. more

Jerry Rhynes went above and beyond to make me comfortable. 10/8/2013

Jerry Rhynes Collision did a lot of work for me fixing my truck up. They really helped me with the rental car company as well. They took over handling any extra charges and things like that, and really made me feel comfortable. They took care of me. I got hit in the rear of my truck. The bumper, lift gate, and muffler were all damaged and they took care of all of it. These guys are reasonably priced, do excellent, excellent work, and I love their customer service. Try them out! more

My overall experience at Jerry Rhynes Collision was excellent from the moment I stepped into the shop. Employees were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were very helpful explaining the procedure of bodywork required on my car as well as assisting with rental car and insurance procedures. My experience with Jerry Rhynes Collision was great. The people are super nice. I really enjoyed talking to them, They were very informative. I had them repair the right side of my 2008 Chevrolet Malibu. If I ever have another job I need done, I will send it over right to them again. They gave me no problems. I have known Jerry for years and knew him to be honest, and trustworthy. So, after my accident I gave him a call. I spoke with a gentleman, Scott, who was professional and courteous. Scott assured me all would be taken care of, and they would arrange for a rental car while my car was being repaired. After giving him insurance information, he held true to all that was promised. In prompt fashion, my car was returned and it looked better than before. Jerry Rhynes Collision was just spot on with their estimate. The arrangements made with them made it so that I was able to take the vehicle in in the morning and pick up a rental car. They had the vehicle back to me by the date promised and the work was just done very well. Thank goodness that was one of the only wrecks we have had where we needed any repair work done. Everything went very smoothly; it was a good experience. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend them. They were very professional in what they did and the results were excellent. I'm fairly particular and I didn't have to take the vehicle back to have anything done. more

My son is going back to school. He had a wreck, so we went to Jerry Rhynes Collision. Jerry was able to take the car, turn it around, and have it back on the road in four days. He was really with it. more
