I started doing business with Jerry Rhynes Collision in about 2000, so about thirteen years ago. I started going there with my personal vehicle. It was torn up pretty good and came out of his shop looking like new again. I also have a business and he has probably serviced fifteen vehicles of mine with equipment and trailers and things.
The customer service has been good. They have been very courteous. If they gave me a day and time when a vehicle was going to be ready, it was there. If I needed a rental vehicle, it was there waiting for me as well. I get greeted when I come in the door.
Over the years I've gotten to know Jerry through doing business with him. I will keep on doing business with him. I have referred family and friends to him. Give them a try just one time and take it from there. That's what I did. I'm 52, so I've been going to repair shops for a long time. But I haven't gone anywhere else since I walked into their shop thirteen years ago.
