After deciding to purchase an Acura, I first researched Acura dealerships to find those with best reputations, highest Buyer ratings, and ease to work with. I reached agreement on best price and details for a 2014 Acura ILX from Acura of Libertyville's Luigi Miceli on the Internet within a week or so. Then, I just had to visit the dealership to shake hands, pickup the car, and complete paperwork--- no pressure. Luigi was straight forward in email correspondence as well as in person---professional and easy/great to work with. I would ask for, and buy from him again, and recommend him. I also completed the paperwork detail with Joe and customer service survey with Jerry, who also were pleasant and efficient/fast. My ILX is a quality and enjoyable/fun to drive luxury car. I also test drove the TSX and that was the same driving experience. I would buy from Luigi Miceli and Acura of Libertyville again and recommend to family, friends, anyone interested in an Acura.
