The reviewer, John McCall must be a little confused about who his doctors are. I am Dr. Berg and can say that Mr. McCall is not, nor ever has been a patient in my practice. His statement that he ""had a negative experience with Dr. Berg and his practice"" is simply not true. My practice is founded upon the principles of patient service and satisfaction. If he has made an honest mistake and is referring to another dental office, we hope he will make a correction to his review. I believe that it is important for consumers to be well informed about local businesses they are considering patronizing, but false ""bashing"" does nobody any good. \r
All I can say is come see for yourself.
