I have been here for four years. when i first moved here, it was great. 688.00 per month for a one bedroom. when i signed for another year and a half, it was 691.00. when i signed again, they wanted 770.00 for the same apartment. I haven't had a single upgrade to my place. When I asked them why the increase was so much, they said 'it is because people are losing their houses due to foreclosure and so there is a larger demand for apartments' sweet, huh? well, i had to sign on for another year because I wasn't in a position to move. Now, for the same space, they want 815.00. Still, no upgrades to my apartment. I have had my heater go out 6 times since i moved in- all in the dead of winter- did they offer me any kind of compensation? Nope. \r \r This place only cares about money. They try and say that everywhere prices are going up but this is not true. Everyone should look at Stonehedge Apartments. They are about two blocks west and are 200.00 less for the same amount of space and amenities. \r \r I will stop at nothing until everyone knows how greedy they are and how much you can save by going down the street.
