I have to move closer to work but am hoping I can move back here sometime in the future. I have really enjoyed my past year here. The maintenance is the best part about this place...

Generally I really like my apartment here, if you are not use to livign around ducks and geese it can take some getting use to but overall they are a treat as long as you dont step in their poop. The area is spacious, I like all the trees and water. more

I would like to thank Cobble Creek staff for being so great to work with. The staff here really acts as if they care. I can't give an opinion from experience about the rent increases because we ended up having to break our lease, but the time we did spend here was great. more

I just moved out of this place. I moved out because I thought the rent was too high, but now I wish I would have stayed. I agree with the last reader that when I first moved in my rent was $689.00 including my cable and water.when my lease was up and I asked how much my rent was going to be they told me $735. I moved because I did not want to pay that much. All I have to say is big mistake. My apartment now is a pos and I pay almost $90 for the same cable deal. This place was 250 square feet bigger than where I live now and was clean. It seems as if all apartments raise rents, I asked my new neighbor how it has been for her here at my new place and she said she got a $95 increase so apparently thats the way it is. more

I have been here for four years. when i first moved here, it was great. 688.00 per month for a one bedroom. when i signed for another year and a half, it was 691.00. when i signed again, they wanted 770.00 for the same apartment. I haven't had a single upgrade to my place. When I asked them why the increase was so much, they said 'it is because people are losing their houses due to foreclosure and so there is a larger demand for apartments' sweet, huh? well, i had to sign on for another year because I wasn't in a position to move. Now, for the same space, they want 815.00. Still, no upgrades to my apartment. I have had my heater go out 6 times since i moved in- all in the dead of winter- did they offer me any kind of compensation? Nope. \r \r This place only cares about money. They try and say that everywhere prices are going up but this is not true. Everyone should look at Stonehedge Apartments. They are about two blocks west and are 200.00 less for the same amount of space and amenities. \r \r I will stop at nothing until everyone knows how greedy they are and how much you can save by going down the street. more

Great apartment. I recently referred a friend to move in and got $300! I'm gonna make that a second job, finding people to move in and getting paid for it. more

I was very impressed with the service I received from this community. I am in the market for a new apartment and have been shopping around for the past couple of weeks. When I came to Cobble Creek the girl that helped me was very nice, I actually felt like she wanted me to live there. Most other places I visited I got the impression they were irritated they even had to show me around. She also called me to let me know prices had dropped. Very impressed, I haven't finished my search however I have not found better service yet. I believe I will be visiting again this week to choose my new home. more

I love my apartment here, my girlfriend and I moved in at teh end of summer this year and love it. Can not wait till next year to be able to take advantage of the pool more. My apartment has stainless steel appliances and we pay way less than we did at our last place. Great place for roommates! more

I have to say I moved out of Cobble Creek into Stillwater cause I wanted to stay around the same area and I am really regreting it. Stillwater is cheaper, I thought and thats why instead of renewing my lease at Cobble Creek I moved here, but actually after having to pay for my water, cable, etc. Stillwater ends up being a small amount cheaper and I have an apartment that is not nearly as nice as when I lived at Cobble Creek, who includes those things. I miss my apartment here and how nice the place is. My parking lot at Stillwater has so many potholes and loose gravel, Cobble Creek re does there asphalt all the time which I thought was annoying when I couldn't parking in my stall for a day, but now I realize how much nicer it is to have a apartment who keeps up on things. I'm afraid I am going to chip my windshield when I drive out of my place now. I wish I never would have moved, I guess its one of those situations where the grass isn't always greener on the other side. more

My lease ended and I wanted to move to a more updated apartment. Instead of moving to a different apartment I chose to transfer to an apartment here, I haev lived here for a couple of years and I am comfortable with the management so I figured I would just transfer. I am happy I did, now I have the stainless steel appliances I wanted. more

After a 2 month long search of looking through houses, duplexes, apartments we chose Cobble Creek to move into. For the money it is the best out there as far as apartments go. The grounds are what attracted us here and then when we say the apartments they ended up being on the top of our list. We recently moved in and are very happy, I'll let ou know as time goes on. more

THis place is beautiful, that is what attracted me to it most when I was looking for a place to move. Now that I live here I never want to leave, I love how the staff does gatherings, it really is different than other apartments. I won a gift card at the pool party they recently had. The miantenace guys here are so nice, actually the staff all around is great. Wouldnt want to live anywhere else. more

Moving but will miss it 5/8/2012

I have to move closer to work but am hoping I can move back here sometime in the future. I have really enjoyed my past year here. The maintenance is the best part about this place besides the landscaping, keep up the good work. I am sad to go. more

House to apartment and feelin good about it. 4/13/2012

Recently moved from a 3 bedroom house to my 2 bedroom apartment here and I am suprised at how much I am enjoying it so far. My apartment is spacious enough that with a small storage unit for my garage things I dont even feel cramped. I havent lived in an apartment before and I am really liking it so far, no shoveling in the winter. This will be my 1st summer here but I am already liking the idea of not having to mow the lawn and have great landscaping to look at. I was looking for a 3 bedroom originally but the girls in the office sold me on this place, they are pretty fun to talk to. Ive only had one maintanance issue but it was fixed right away and the guy was very nice. Another plus of apartment living, no maintenance. more
