Four Points understands that first impressions are important. Brittany greeted us with a contagious smile and an attitude that is carried throughout this hotel. She knew every guest by name, and was so courteous and professional. Each member of this staff, from management to room service bent over backwards to assure each guest a pleasant stay. The ""Comfort Bed with Plush Top Sleep System with 9"" high shock absorber foundation"" slept much like Westin Hotel's ""Heavenly Bed."" Walk out the front door and Regal Cinemas is directly across the street. Several reasonable restaurants such as Mimi's or Olive Garden are close by. The food in the hotel is, however very good and nicely presented. Those desiring a cocktail or bite in the evening (room service is restricted to mornings and after five at night, excluding any lunch meals) will find a convenient lobby bar. Morning breakfast is ten dollars for the full buffet, and the room service menu in the evening is ""a la carte."" They have several computers for guests with a printer and free Wifi with ample comfy seating in the lobby and bar for those seeking coffee and computer time. Indoor pool and gym were nice, as well.
