Review content:
I have been their patient for 5 years, I am switching today. I put up with them this long because their office is convenient. But they care more about profits than they do quality care. While the doctors are great, the Max Health policies prevent them from providing quality care. They are terrible about prescription refills, & often don't refill them on time. They want you in their office a lot. So if you are on a medication that you take every day, & you really need that drug & have been on it for years, good luck. They make it impossible to get a refill, & their process is very time consuming. You will spend A LOT of time just taking the many steps they require, to get a routine prescription refilled. And I'm not talking about anything that's controlled, just a prescription for blood pressure or cholesterol medication. It's a pain. Max health is in it for the money, they don't really care about your health, that's not their priority.
