WE HAD THE OCCASION TO BOARD OUR 5 MONTH OLD STANDARD POODLE AT ROVER KENNELS FROM 5/28 THROUGH 6/6 OF THIS YEAR. AT ROVER KENNELSON LINDBLADE STREET IN CULVER CITY, CA.\r

HE WAS FULLY VACCINATED AND WAS IN PERFECT HEALTH WHEN HE WAS DROPPED OFF.\r

WHEN HE WAS PICKED UP ON THE 6TH HE HAD A SEVERE KENNEL COUGH WITH GREEN MUCOUS FLOWING FROM HIS NOSE AND WAS LETHARGIC AT BEST.\r

NOW IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE THAT HE MAY HAVE CAUGHT THE KENNEL COUGH WHILE BEING BOARDED IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE THAT NO ONE ON THE STAFF NOTICED IT AND WE WERE NOT INFORMED WITH A PHONE CALL AS IT WAS PERFECTLY CLEAR THE HE NEEDED VETERINARY ATTENTION WHICH HE DID NOT RECEIVE UNTIL HE WAS PICKED UP.\r

WHEN WE WERE ""INTERVIEWED"" IT WAS NOTED TO US THAT IF ANY MISHAP WAS INCURRED WITH THE DOG WE WOULD IMMEDIATELY RECEIVE A PHONE CALL TO INFORM US OF HIS CONDITION AND WHETHER OR NOT WE WANTED HIM AT THE VET.\r

WE RECEIVED NO SUCH PHONE CALL. \r

NOT ONLY WAS HIS HEALTH IN DANGER BUT ALSO ANY OTHER DOGS THAT WERE BOARDED THERE AS WELL AS THEY GROUP PLAY TOGETHER.\r

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ANYONE TRUSTING ROVER KENNELS WITH THE WELL BEING OF THEIR ANIMAL(S).\r
