Review content:
I took my car there after hearing his multitude of commercials. They have you sign paperwork just for an estimate which no other shop needs. Soon your car disappears and you are told no insurance adjuster will come on their property and meanwhile your ""loaner car"" is costing you daily. Mine was a rebuilt salvage escort that still had the garbage and the smell in it from the last customer. The Attorney generals office told me they had over 60 active complaints at the time I called. The local news channels want no part of his story because he is big advertising dollars. Willamette Week did a story on him that is still online. Bottom Line: It cost me $3800 in legal fees to get my car out of there hostage held shop. STAY AWAY!!!
