My 10-year old cat, Tiger, has been a patient at BCVH now for over five years. Every time I bring him in, whether it is for a routine visit or for a specific health problem, I have been impressed with the quality of his care. The practice is super clean and every staff member is both professional and friendly, even the receptionists make a terrific impression...always warm and caring, even on the phone. And I never feel rushed when it is our turn to see the doctor. They ask lots of great questions and always explain everything they are doing for Tiger before it is done. BCVH is a top-notch veterinary hospital that I have recommended to several of my cat-loving friends!
