Do NOT go to this Les Schwab. Ever. The manager is a idiot who I just caught lying to me about my tires. \r

I recently had a flat and needed a new tire put on. They did this about 2 months ago. Since they put it on my car had a bad vibration at freeway speed. I decided to go back and have them balance the tire again as I could tell it was not balanced right. (This location had a problem balancing the original wheels before as well)\r

Trip 1. I need to balance the new tire as I am getting vibrations. I told the girl at the counter he whole story as she stared at me with a glazed look in her eyes. After waiting 4 EVER for my car to be brought in, They finally do and before I can stop them they have the front wheels off the car. I tell they there doing the wrong wheels, but the tech says well these tires have cracks in between the tread and thats causing your problem. You need 3 new tires.
