We have three daughters and are very active in the dance and gymnastics communities. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. They have an absolutely horrible return policy. On one occassion, one of our daughters was sized inaccurately for tap shoes by the elderly man (I do not call him a gentleman because he is VERY, VERY rude) the shoes were too small for one daughter and too big for another. When we went back to get the right sizes, they did not have them in stock. We had to wait for them to order them and they would not allow me to return the unused shoes for the money we paid, exchange or store credit. We have ordered acro shoes and they come back with what looks like poorly cut rubber on the bottoms and glue all over them. He uses an X-Acto knife to cut out the rubber bottoms and the edges are all uneven and overflowing with glue. When you bring this to their attention, you are given nothing but attitude.
