I usually get great service with Lou's total car care but not this time around. My care was working fine before I got there in the morning and it wouldn't start in the afternoon. They told me they noticed that it was hard to start in the morning when I dropped it. Which was not the case for me that same morning. They took it out back and were able to start it and asked me to bring it back to change the starter, emphasizing the fact that I might not be able to start it the next day. Well, it's been 5 days and it is fine.
Also I told the person at the desk that I had the feeling that the car was not align properly and it felt unstable. He promised to check it for free. When I came back to pick it up. He told me my tires were bad so he couldn't check alignment. Well guess what I changed the tires less than 6 months ago!!! When I told him that he looked surprised, then he told me that he was talking about another car and he was confused, I inquired again about the alignment which he obviously didn't check!! He proceeded to tel me that they only do it with new tires even though he promised to do it in the morning.
Long story short I can change the oil myself, it is not a big deal. The reason I take my car to the shop is to get that little extra check from a professional. If I can't get that then it is a waste of time and money and nobody wants that. I'll recommend LTCC this time because of passed quality service.
