The overall service was really not bad however I feel they prey on pet owners emotions in order to get as much money out of them as possible. When asked about procedure costs, very low estimates were given but at time of pick up the cost more than tripled. Dr Byom was somewhat helpful with discussing the exorbitant fees they tacked on however, he still fell far short from addressing my concern that these costs should have been more fully disclosed when I agreed to them. \r \r Dr. Sarah was extermely inexperienced and should be avoided at this point also. She will probably be a decent vet at some point but you are better off asking for an experienced vet.\r \r It may not sound like it but I feel my cat got good treatment. You should just be wary of the costs and company's policy of lack of disclosure.\r Pros: Recomended by friends Cons: Poor fee disclosure, inexperienced vet
