North Heights Veterinary Clinic

My wife and I have always had pets. Cats, dogs,birds and now a chinchilla. Toby, the chinchilla, hasn't had a need yet to visit the clinic. All our visits have been favorable. Even those where it was the end of the line for one of the family (except our personal emotions). The vets and staff have a genuine compassion for ""critters"" and their humans. Fees associated with care given have always been disclosed no problems. Perhaps we ask a lot of questions. We'll always rely on North Heights and will recommend the same as the best! more

The overall service was really not bad however I feel they prey on pet owners emotions in order to get as much money out of them as possible. When asked about procedure costs, very low estimates were given but at time of pick up the cost more than tripled. Dr Byom was somewhat helpful with discussing the exorbitant fees they tacked on however, he still fell far short from addressing my concern that these costs should have been more fully disclosed when I agreed to them. \r \r Dr. Sarah was extermely inexperienced and should be avoided at this point also. She will probably be a decent vet at some point but you are better off asking for an experienced vet.\r \r It may not sound like it but I feel my cat got good treatment.
