Randy, who told me he was the owner, sold me the carpet on 12/14/2011 It was suppose to be installed after Xmas. It was finally installed 2/10. This was after many phone calls, almost never a return call and the wrong carpet being delivered the week before installation. One of the most stressful experiences that I encountered in redoing my home. The installers (4) installed 2400 feet in 1day and were very accomodating and skilled. If you want a smooth transaction, GO ELSEWHERE.
