These slimy salesmen tried to mislead and hide the condition of this vehicle. I am educated in the automotive field, I can not be fooled by lies and deception. I was told by two of the three owner, that the truck was as clean and as nice as it looked in the pictures. They state that there is no cleaner or nicer truck out there ""you cannot find a nicer 2004 GX470"" , ""no disappointments"" , "" You cannot find a better vehicle anywhere for a better price"". They told me that they do not disclose normal wear and tear in their auctions, well that would be all well and fine, but I called and spoke to mike and rodger and they both told me that the truck was exceptional and the only imperfection was a few chips on the hood... Well that was a gross lie!!! There were too many chips to count on the hood, and all over the entire vehicle, there were scratches on both the front and rear bumper that were through the paint. I asked specifically if there was and damages or paintwork and I was told that there was not, and the front bumper was painted. If I hadn't asked specifically, that poor pathetic excuse would work, but I asked the right questions and I was lied to. They had nothing to lose, and without me taking more of my time to warn the public, someone else will lose time away from their family as well. Their lies and deception cost me a weekend away from my family and $450.00 in gas tolls and hotel stay. I want people to see through these liars and slime-balls for what they really are.... USED CAR SALESMEN!!!
