I have never rated a company like this before but I had such a horrible experience with Haynes and wanted to let others know. I would never in a million year recommend this company! We spent a lot of money here and were treated very badly. The sales person got our order wrong, and failed to follow up when she said she would. We then called her and she was very rude to us and acted like we were just a hindrance to her. We finally went down to the store and talked with the store manager, who I must say was not much better. He just wanted to get us in and out. Needless to say we received our order in full, a month after we ordered it, when it was supposed to only take a week. Haynes prices might be cheap, but so is their service. The whole experience has been very frustrating! If you want to buy furniture without the headache this is definitely NOT the place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
