Carpet Dry Clean is great to work with. I have used them 4 times now. Each time, the service has been great. I thought my carpet was ruined in a house we are selling. They cleaned it once, and the stains did not come out. When I said I was not satisfied, one of the company owners came out to my house twice to restore the carpet. They left in the cleaner overnight with some additives on the bad stains and the carpet looks great now. They actually lived up to a satisfaction guarantee, going way above and beyond what I thought they were required to do. I will be using their services whenever I need to have the carpets cleaned.
