WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL WILL LIE AND LIE AGAIN AND AGAIN, MAKE PROMISES TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR AND FINALLY AFTER THEIR WEAR DOWN AND AFTER SEVERAL HOURS WAISTED YOU ARE FORCED TO GIVE IN AND SETTLE BECAUSE YOU REALLY NEED THE MONEY. I WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES I WOULD BE GETTING A LOAN FOR 8,000 DOLLARS BUT WHEN THEY GOT ME IN THE DOOR EACH TIME THE LOAN DROPPED IN HALF EVEN AFTER PROMISED ALL OF THE PAPERWORK WAS COMPLETED AND THEY WERE READY FOR US TO SIGN. WE HAD TO SIGN BECAUSE WHEN THEY PROMISED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT, WE HIRED CONTRACTORS TO FINISH OUR ROOF WHICH WAS DAMAGED IN A STORM. NOW MY FAMILY IS OUT 4,000 DOLLARS IN CONTRACTOR WORK THAT WAS DONE TO OUR HOME AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID OFF OUR ORIGINAL AUTO LOAN WHICH THEY SAID WOULD BE COMPLETED THREE WEEKS AGO. MY FAMILY AND I ARE IN FURTHER DEBT THAN WE WERE BEFORE WE GOT THIS LOAN. OVERALL WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL IN LENEXA KANSAS IS A TERRIBLY DIFFICULT AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE UNWILLING TO HELP ME IN SOLVING THESE PROBLEMS WHICH THEY CREATED AND I GREW TIRED OF DOING ALL OF THE LEG WORK FOR THEM. I FELT THAT THEY FORCED ME TO DO THERE WORK FOR THEM YET THEY CHARGED US THE FEES. DO NOT GO TO WELLS FARGO IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF MONEY. P.S. I ONLY GAVE THEM A STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO RATE THE COMPANY IN ORDER TO PUBLISH THIS REVIEW
