Review content:
The three star rating is average, that's what this place is. I had Jenna do my color and cut, and she was OK, but not great. The first time I went there she made me wait for 25 minutes. I was the first appointment of the morning. How can you run late at 8 am? She was very friendly and seemed very complimentary to other stylists at her salon. She didn't really acknowledge her tardiness, and I just blew it off. My hair was pretty good (except the color was a too golden instead of reddish), so I booked another appointment about 6 weeks later. That appoinment she was 15 minutes late (again 1st appoinment of the day). I voiced my dissatisfaction of the color from the first appointment, and she said she would fix it . She was very proccupied this time, and left me under the dryer with color on for 55 minutes. I'm not a stylist, but I've never had color sit on my head for that long. My haircut was perhaps as good as a cost cutters. One side is shorter than the other, and the color never got fixed. It's still golden on the top section of my hair, and dark brown (my previous color before going to Jenna) underneath. Although my hair does not look horrible, it does not look good either. Perhaps there are great stylists at Salon Rucci, but I'm a little gun shy to find out. if you want to spend $135 and get average hair then go to Jenna.
Pros: Lots of services to choose from, very clean
Cons: See review
