It is always a bit scary having your hair colored. You never know how to explain exactly what you want in color.\r \r Torrie is by far the best colorist I have seen. She by far exceeded my expectations. I gave her a minimal idea and explanation of what I wanted my hair color to look like and she nailed it 100%\r \r Friendly, professional and on trend are only a few of many great qualities Torrie has.\r \r People always ask me who colors my hair which is a great compliment to Torrie's talent. I would reccomend her to anyone looking for brilliant hair color more

Jamie knows what she is doing! 10/29/2011

My 16 year old daughter and I have been going to Jamie Motosaka for a number of years now for haircuts and she has always done a fabulous job. Just recently we both decided to try coloring our hair. My daughter had hers first done by Jamie a couple of months ago and it looked amazing( and still does). I decided just recently to go in and have her color my hair to try to get rid of the gray. She did a great job.The color is very natural looking and it feels wonderful. I highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing! more

I have been going to Kimberly for several years and she always does a great job! She listens to me and always gives me what I want. I have recommended her to two of my girlfriends and they are very happy with her. She is also a fun person to talk to so my appointment is enjoyable! Highly recommended! more

Get Exactly the Right Cut & Color 10/14/2011

Jamie Motosaka knows what she's doing. I have thick, coarse hair going gray and she has done magic with the cut and color. Took 10 years easy off my face. You've got to try her. more

Joby - Best hair color 10/10/2011

Joby has given me the best red hair you have ever seen! She has gone out of her way to get me the red that I really Iove. I get so many complements about my color and I drop her name as often as I can. If you want the best red, go see her!! I could almost bet that her blonds and brunettes are just as fabulous. What a differnece...love the Brazillian Blowout! 4/6/2011

So I have the thickest hair you could ever imagine...it takes at least 30 min to blow dry my hair, and that's after it has air dried for 2 hours. I cant even comb it straight out of the shower. So when my wonderful stylist, Joby Brown, told me about the Brazilian Blowout... I jumped at it! Like others have said, it really changed my life. It cut my hair drying time to 20 min...and thats right out of the shower.. and I combed right through it soooo easily I was shocked and amazed. And best of all my hair is sooo soft and silky. It is so very worth it! Give Joby a call and see for yourself!!!! more

BEST Brazilian Blowout 9/6/2010

I had a Brazilian Blowout done by Christine Boyles and it sounds crazy to say this but it has totally changed my life. I LOVE IT. It is so much easier to style and absolutely gorgeous. I can't thank Christine enough. If you are looking to cut your style time in half and restore the health of your hair I highly recommend you book an appt with Christine. Love love love it!! more

Love my nails - done by Jenny Brown at Rucci 6/27/2010

Jenny Brown does a wonderful job on my nails - I go every 2 weeks for a gel rebase. I've had several compliments on my nails, from both friends and strangers. She over stocks her salon with junk. You are a salon, you should focuse on selling things that fit into a salon environment. I will never return to this salon unless it changes ownership. I've been coming to Torrie for 4 years and i've always left with a great appropriate up to date style. She is always coming up with new hair styles and the latest colors. And never compromising my hair health. I currently have a GREAT red color and am always complimented on it! I would FOR SURE reccomend her to anyone, and so far i have! more

Salon owner, a professional at unkindness 3/9/2010

The owner is often at the front desk to ""greet"" incoming clients and has been very unfriendly each time I have been there. She also might accuse you of something sneaky. I referred a friend to my stylist there and she called me in tears, leaving w/ out her service after sitting in the waiting area for 30 minutes past her appointment time. She was told that her name was called several times and she didn't come fourth. A first timer in this salon may not be aware of the precise procedures in order to be seen for their appointment. Pros: Great stylists Cons: Poor and unkind service from the owner more

Wow. Just called and identified myself as a new client. Explained I'd like to continue with Wella color. Who could I see? ""I don't know, everyone here uses their own product"". (long pause) Well what would be the best way for me to find out? ""I would have to go around and ask each one of them and some of them aren't even here today so I couldn't tell you right now. It will take a few days before I could even find out"". Tone was right there with the delivery. My response- ""Okay, I'll call you back"". Click. Not. more

Professional Services with a great outcome......... 10/28/2009

I have been a customer of Brandy Morgan at Rucci for 2+yrs. I always come out of there feeling awesome. Brandy always does exactly what I ask and never leaves me feeling like she did not listen. I love her haircolor line, it it never drys out my hair and always adds much needed body. Brandy is great!! No one would ever leave unhappy after her services! I was recently a walk in here and they did an amazing job. I saw Christine, who not only listened to me...she had great talent and was a nice person to spend 2 hours with. Awesome salon & spa - I love Amanda Bulik & Michelle Leppo 4/22/2009

I moved out here almost 2 years ago and was devastated that I had to find a new stylist. After some painful searching, I found Amanda Bulik and couldn't be happier. I have never had a stylist give me the perfect blonde highlights - just how I want them- before!! And I've been seeing Michelle Leppo in the spa and love the non-surgical facelifts, body treatments and her facials. The spa atmosphere is great and Michelle rocks!! I am a picky connoisseur and I LOVE this place! more

Looked like a nice salon - however as a first time client I was made to wait for 25 minutes before I finally walked out. Not the way I would expect a new client to be treated. Just a warning. more
