I love this salon! Several of my friends recently referred me here because they loved their stylist and I was tired of driving to downtown for my hair appointments. I have been to Brandy Morgan several times now and am pretty much a commited follower forever. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. So far my hair is amazing and for the first time ever people are stopping me in stores and on the street asking me who does my hair. I love all the great products the salon carries. It is just super upscale and offers a great experience everytime I go. So happy I made the switch! more

For years I made the trek to Cherry Creek to get my hair done. Finally I had had it with the parking, high prices for average service but mostly the snotty ""Cherry Creek attitude!"" I admired a strangers hair literally on the street and asked her where she got it done. Voila! Rucci Salon. Here you get excellent service (better than I ever, ever received in Cherry Creek) and fabulous stylists. My stylist is Kimberly. She is awesome. I can't say enough about how good she is as a stylist and how nice of a person she is. If you want a great style with talented stylists without the hassle and ""tude"" of Cherry Creek north, this is the salon for you. more

My hair is heavy and always hard to keep it from laying flat on my head. I don't want to spend a bunch of time working on it. Brandy has been doing my hair for several years and I love her cuts and color jobs. She suggested I give her new organic perm line a try. I haven't had a perm for years but I was ready for a change and I trust Brandy's expert opinion. I LOVE it!! It looks so natural and there was no stinky perm smell. It actually smelled good. People have been stopping me and saying they want their hair to look like mine. They are shocked when I tell them it is a perm. I love rucci! I read several reviews about this salon and i decided to visit kimberly for a color and haircut. What a treat! I recently began the daunting task of finding a new hairstylist as mine relocated out of state, and after reading the reviews on CitySearch I decided to try this salon and I booked a color and cut with Brandy. I was immediately struck by her confidence and professionalism and was put at ease by her relaxed demeanor as she sat down and discussed with me my options and ways I could improve on my current style. I loved her suggestions and 2 hours later I was even more in love with my hair! My color had never looked so shiny, and Brandy explained that it was because of an all natural color line she uses that doesn't have any harsh chemicals. I didn't even know such a thing existed, but I am now truly a believer. My color and style are the best they have ever looked, and I was even more surprised when I went to check out and I was told that Brandy didn't accept tips! I have always been unsure what I should tip a hairdresser and worried that I wasn't leaving enough, and here the confusion was completely eliminated. In all areas my experience was refreshingly positive and I wanted to share my experience. more

After just having had a bad experience at a downtown spa, I was a little gun shy to go into another one, but I am so happy I went to Rucci. A friend had bought me a gift certificate for a facial and it was one of the best I've ever had. Michelle the aesthetician made me feel so comfortable and customized the facial just for me. She was really gentle, and explained to me just what my skin needed. Afterwards, my hair was a bit flat, and I had a dinner to go to, so she suggested I get a shampoo and style from one of their hairdressers, Kimberly. Kimberly was amazing, she was adorable and a true genius when it came to taming my unruly locks. She taught me some new styling tricks and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I am in love with Rucci, and will definitely go back! Thank you Michelle and Kimberly!!!!!! Pros: Service, atmosphere, staff, value, LOVED it! Moved here from NY last year and was searching for a Wella colorist. I went to Nick Arrojo's salon in NY and the Wella color his team did was the fabulous. Anyway, a friend told me about a stylist at Rucci who used Wella exclusively and I decided to give her a try. A year later I'm still going to her and I tell all my friends back home that I have the best hair for a fraction of the cost. Brandy is my stylist and she is an excellent colorist and stylist. She has maintained my hair from before and is always so professional and sweet. Linda also does my brows whenever I make it in and she does a great job as well. The salon can be a little noisy on a busy day and sometimes the parking lot is full and you have to park down the side street, but all in all it's a great salon. WOW This place has it all. I heard about Kimberly from a friend and boy was she right! I went in with a bad haircut from a high priced cherry creek salon and needed a fix. She was so sweet and made me feel right at home, and showed me several different options before she did her magic. I felt like a movie star! Not only was this the best shampoo I have ever gotten, it was a superb haircut and style. I would highly recommend this place, and next time I see Kimberly I will try some of the other delights they have to offer at Rucci. Pros: Everything, great stylists, fun atmosphere and experience. Rucci is the best thing to happen to Denver in YEARS! No more making the trek to Cherry Creek for overpriced snotty service. I go to Rucci for all my beauty needs! Brandy does my hair and she is truly a miracle worker. Totally down to earth and super precise. My hair has never been fussed over so much! Somehow she tames my unruly thick hair into a sleek gorgeous style that is super easy to style. My color is always glossy and shiny and lasts better than any other color I've ever had. I get so many compliments on my hair everywhere I go that I have to carry her cards with me to hand out for referrals (she also has a great referral program, extra bonus). I also have friends with fine hair who swear by her highlights and cuts to plump up their limp locks. Linda is my esthetician and does all my waxing and skincare. My skin has never looked better and she is the fastest most painless waxing pro I have been to. Kudos to the salon for their fabulous selection of products and cool jewelry. The three star rating is average, that's what this place is. I had Jenna do my color and cut, and she was OK, but not great. The first time I went there she made me wait for 25 minutes. I was the first appointment of the morning. How can you run late at 8 am? She was very friendly and seemed very complimentary to other stylists at her salon. She didn't really acknowledge her tardiness, and I just blew it off. My hair was pretty good (except the color was a too golden instead of reddish), so I booked another appointment about 6 weeks later. That appoinment she was 15 minutes late (again 1st appoinment of the day). I voiced my dissatisfaction of the color from the first appointment, and she said she would fix it . She was very proccupied this time, and left me under the dryer with color on for 55 minutes. I'm not a stylist, but I've never had color sit on my head for that long. My haircut was perhaps as good as a cost cutters. One side is shorter than the other, and the color never got fixed. It's still golden on the top section of my hair, and dark brown (my previous color before going to Jenna) underneath. Although my hair does not look horrible, it does not look good either. Perhaps there are great stylists at Salon Rucci, but I'm a little gun shy to find out. if you want to spend $135 and get average hair then go to Jenna.
