I recently began the daunting task of finding a new hairstylist as mine relocated out of state, and after reading the reviews on CitySearch I decided to try this salon and I booked a color and cut with Brandy. I was immediately struck by her confidence and professionalism and was put at ease by her relaxed demeanor as she sat down and discussed with me my options and ways I could improve on my current style. I loved her suggestions and 2 hours later I was even more in love with my hair! My color had never looked so shiny, and Brandy explained that it was because of an all natural color line she uses that doesn't have any harsh chemicals. I didn't even know such a thing existed, but I am now truly a believer. My color and style are the best they have ever looked, and I was even more surprised when I went to check out and I was told that Brandy didn't accept tips! I have always been unsure what I should tip a hairdresser and worried that I wasn't leaving enough, and here the confusion was completely eliminated. In all areas my experience was refreshingly positive and I wanted to share my experience.
