Businiess name:  Wicker Park Lutheran Church

Review content:
After moving into the neighborhood, I started going to Wicker Park Lutheran Church about 5 years ago. I found a small, but friendly, excited and very accepting group of people. The diverse congregation includes Caucasion, African, Hispanic, gay, straight, young and older people. There is no stuffiness - have gone out for martinis and road-trips with some of the members. Thee is huge interest in the currounding neighborhoods and social issues. The building has undergone extensive reconstruction, but still has some areas needing improvement. Were it not for this church's unique and inviting character, I probably would not be attending anywhere. Pros: Great people, Open-minded, Social issues focus Cons: Parking - not too bad, Still needs some work
