They did some work in my back yard last year. First off, they were very hard to get in touch with. I left messages for weeks and someone finally got back to me and offered no appologies. So the work started. After the first day, they disappeared for a week. Again, I couldn't get in touch with them. They finally showed up and finished the work. It looked good at the time, so I paid them. Charles said they would come back and fix any problem areas. After about a week, I noticed that the area was not as well done as it appeared at first, so I called them. No surprise here, they never returned my calls. I sent them faxes and left messages and sent them certified mail (which they refused to accept). It's been a year and I still cannot get them to come back and fix their problem. Charles seems nice and knowledgeable, but they are unreliable and not trustworthy, so avoid this company.
