Mr. Cash is a joke of a Dr.! First of all this guy is arrogant as all hell, he spends less than 2min w/ you and talks at you not to you. He sent me to physical therapy, I attended half of what was assigned, not only was the PT expensive but it was making my back worse (to the point I could hardly walk) So I made the executive decision to stop going, I know my body. When I walked into his office I was ordered to take a drug test, I have never once asked him for meds, so I saw this as unnecessary. Once in the exam room a lady, ( in a dress that was way too short for an office and her body type) approached me. Her name is Mia Alfonso she is a Medical/Legal Administrator, my first tip something was wrong. She asked if I was willing to participate in a survey, she informed me that Mr. Cash (just because you have a doctoral degree doesn't mean you deserve to be called Dr.) has had bad reviews online and that I should post a positive review of him. She also stated that all the bad reviews are from ""competitors"" trying to make him look bad. In my opinion he makes himself look bad. When the ""Dr."" arrived he pretty much told me that our next option would be shots in my spine, however he said ""if you can't afford PT then you can't afford this treatment."" I asked him if my insurance would cover it and yes I know he doesn't know everything about my insurance but at least have my file available, or offer to have his office check. He was very rude and standoffish telling me it's not his job to know. He then got up and walked out of the room, I guess we were done. He pointed down the hall ""check out is down there."" Hummm... my $20 co- pay for his precious 30 seconds????
