I just moved to an apartment building and lucky me the day before the moving the elevator broke down. I was so worried about how angry the movers would be about having to take everything upstairs, and what a stressful day it would be. However, I was pretty happy to see they didn’t complain at all. They were very calm and didn’t even mention the situation. They made my day ? !!
