Neighbors Moving & Storage

We planned our move from Edgewater to Denver months ago. Unfortunately, my husband got sick and he could not handle this move by himself, just like she wanted it. We got to hire movers, but we were expecting to have lots of issues and last minute details to fix; but when we got the services from you, we noticed how good and experienced the guys were on what they were doing and we did not have any complaint regarding their efficiency. Total Disaster. I hired this company to move me out of my Denver apartment and into storage for a month while I re-located to the west coast. I hired them because they were cheap, but you get what you pay for. They were dishonest, unreliable and so incredibly unprofessional that they never even moved my stuff. They never confirmed the day before the scheduled move as I was told they would do. I started making calls, but no one answered or responded to messages. The day of the move they were four hours late which would have been fine except when they arrived they increased the price to FOUR TIMES the estimate. I refused (because it was a total scam) and they left me the day of my move with no movers, no truck, no storage unit. It was a nightmare. I, luckily, found a local company to move me that evening on very little notice, but it was an extremely difficult day, so I want to discourage others from using them. Use companies who are consistently well-reviewed. more

I was happy with the service provided by Neighbors Moving and Storage. They had a reasonable price, which didn’t vary since out first conversation. The movers showed up when accorded and worked hardly and nonstop. None of my belongings were damaged in the process, not even a scratch. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon, but if that were the case, I would definitely hire them. more

My move was a last minute one, and Neighbors Moving and Storage people were kind enough to open a space for me in their schedule. We had to rush a bit because they had limited time but that was fine with me, after all they were helping me a lot. They were fast but careful and I can say my overall experience was very good. more

I just moved to an apartment building and lucky me the day before the moving the elevator broke down. I was so worried about how angry the movers would be about having to take everything upstairs, and what a stressful day it would be. However, I was pretty happy to see they didn’t complain at all. They were very calm and didn’t even mention the situation. They made my day ? !! more

Relocating my family to Denver required a lot of good assistance; therefore I had no chance but take some time to find Denver professional movers and avoid expensive services, I believe I found a good balance of what I needed at neighbors Denver Movers, they were quite fast and average in their pricing more

My best friend just moved from his old place to a new fantastic area in Denver, since he asked me for help I saw the Neighbors moving crew working very hard and loading the truck without any mistakes and I will say that these guys know how to do it! If a have ever need a Denver Moving company for sure Neighbors will be on the top of my list. more

What a disaster working with these people. Checkout the BBB complaints and drive away quickly from this business. Neighbors Moving is the DBA and is run by 67th Ave Movers, Inc. Don't rely on the these reviews only, look into their BBB records as well. They also run Father and Sons,same terrible service and dealings. They underbid, over charge, hold your goods hostage until they get cash even though your credit card is on file. Absolutley the worst moving experience ever. Don't let these people near your belongings. They will make your move a horrible experience, they do break and damage your goods and scrape up and scuff up your new location's walls and doors. Sorry I gave them 1 star, I would give a zero star if that was possible. more

Showed up 20 minutes early which is always a plus! The movers worked very fast and incredibly careful. They were very careful about avoiding scratching the walls and furniture. If the boxes/items are labeled, they will stack them in the appropriate locations. I was using another moving company the same day for items in storage and that company was unable to move a couch into the second bedroom so we asked Neighbors Moving and Storage and they were able to do it. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never used a moving company before and now I know why. Over $600 dollars more than I was quoted, scratched and broken items, a lying and threatening ""manager"" on the phone in another state. The movers showed up in a Neighbors truck but they were wearing another companys name on their shirts!!! SKETCHY!!Do not use Neigbors Moving becuase you have no idea who you are really working with!! BUT the movers were VERY VERY courteous! The only good thing about this company! more
