Hired Termite Guy several times now and each time they were fast, efficient, thorough and best of all willing (and able) to take the time necessary to put the buyers' minds at ease whenever "issues" and expenses were indicated in the reports - Can't emphasize enough the importance of being able to discuss the findings with the potential buyers! Also found Derek (Erickson) amazingly "available" to get ahold of even at non-business hours (very much appreciated and ultimately helpful in closing that particular sale!)
